Presentación
Del incesante desarrollo del software libre y las nuevas oportunidades de repensar el aprendizaje que genera la Web 2.0, en 2006 surgió un nuevo espacio de reflexión que tendrá su continuidad en El IV Congreso Internacional de Software Libre y Web 2.0. El lema de este año, Aprendiendo en la red, entre los días 25 y 27 de Noviembre de 2009

La educación formal en sus diferentes niveles, con especial interés en el ámbito universitario, y el desarrollo de una cultura del autoaprendizaje permanente (Life Long Learning), basado en tecnologías de código abierto y aplicaciones propias de la web 2.0 son los ejes temáticos principales de este encuentro, que reúne a expertos, profesionales e investigadores internacionales.
Proponemos este Congreso como foro de encuentro para todas aquellas personas, empresas e instituciones interesadas en el software libre y en el desarrollo de la sociedad del conocimiento.
